Start the day by participating in the preparation of a traditional Moroccan breakfast. You will learn how to make homemade msemen, drizzle it with fresh olive oil from the farm, and collect freshly laid eggs from the chicken coop. A warm, authentic, and hands-on introduction to rural life.
Exploration of olive trees, vegetable garden, irrigation methods, soil types, local seeds, and ecological farming traditions.
